Why this page exists
Every form on this website that collects personal information includes a clear consent statement before you submit it. This page explains what that consent covers, and what it doesn't.
What submitting a form means
When you submit an enquiry, project brief or package request, you're agreeing that Vareqsa may use the information you provide to respond to that specific enquiry and to contact you about the service or consultation you requested. Nothing more is implied.
Marketing communications are separate
Submitting a contact or project form does not automatically sign you up for a newsletter or marketing emails. Where we offer marketing communications, they require a separate, explicit opt-in — never bundled into a required checkbox.
What we record
- The timestamp of your consent
- Which form the consent was given on
- The consent text and privacy-policy version shown to you at that time
- The information you submitted
Withdrawing consent
You can ask us to stop contacting you or to delete your information at any time by emailing contact@vareqsa.com. We will action reasonable requests promptly.
