Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective date: 19 October 2026 | Last updated: 19 October 2026
This policy applies to Vareqsa Digital services unless a written proposal or service agreement sets different terms consistent with applicable law.
1. Requesting cancellation
Clients may request cancellation in writing by contacting contact@vareqsa.com. The cancellation date will be assessed using the date the request is received.
2. Work already completed
Fees for work already completed, deliverables already supplied, and milestones already achieved may remain payable, subject to the applicable agreement and law.
3. Advance payments
Refund eligibility for advance payments depends on the agreed scope, work completed, committed resources, third-party expenses, and applicable law. Any refundable balance will be assessed fairly and communicated to the client. Nothing in this policy removes rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
4. Third-party and advertising costs
Advertising spend charged by Meta, Google, or another platform, domain and hosting fees, software subscriptions, stock assets, paid plugins, API usage, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable where the third party does not return them or where the cost has already been incurred with authorization. We will explain known third-party costs before commitment where practicable.
5. Recurring services
Recurring services may be cancelled by providing the notice stated in the relevant proposal or agreement. Cancellation may take effect at the end of the paid billing period, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Any outstanding amount for services already provided remains payable.
6. Refund processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within a reasonable period using the original payment method where practicable, subject to payment-provider timelines and applicable law. We may request reasonable information to verify the transaction.
7. Disputes and contact
For a concern about a charge or cancellation, contact contact@vareqsa.com and include your invoice or project reference. We will review the matter in good faith and respond within a reasonable period.
