This Privacy Policy explains how Vareqsa handles information on this website and in the tools it offers.

1. Information you send us

  • The "Discuss Your Project" and "Contact" forms open your own email app with a pre-filled message addressed to hello@vareqsa.com. Nothing is submitted until you send that email, and it reaches us through your email provider. It may include your name, company, email, phone, industry, budget range and message.
  • We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals.

2. Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and requested pages) to deliver and secure the site.

3. Data stored in your browser

  • Your sound preference is saved in your browser's local storage under the key "vareqsa_audio".
  • The CRM Portal keeps clients, leads and tasks in your browser's local storage under the key "vareqsa_crm_v2". This data stays on your device. It is not sent to Vareqsa or any server, and it is lost if you clear site data. Use the export feature to keep backups.
  • The Review Assistant builds review drafts in your browser. The text you type is not sent to us or stored by us.

4. Third-party resources

Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and JavaScript libraries (Three.js and GSAP) from cdnjs, operated by Cloudflare. Those providers receive your IP address and browser details when the files are requested. If you choose to open a Google review link, you leave this site and Google's own privacy policy applies.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with third-party platforms strictly necessary to deliver services already agreed with you (for example ad platforms, CRM or automation tools), and only to the extent required.

6. Data retention

Enquiry and client data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@vareqsa.com.
